My 9 to 5 life is working at a tech company, in the Learning & Development team, where I train and coach employees to become the best version of themselves at work.

Methodology

In my coaching practice, I use the gold standard Co-Active Coaching methodology and my advanced certification with a brilliant coaching boutique called Space Institute.

Sometimes we need to heal before we can move forward. Here's when I use Neuro Linguistic Programming in my practice.
